THE BRIEF

PLATF9RM is a thriving business community in Brighton & Hove who create contemporary workspaces that enable members to flourish through collaboration. Since opening their first space in 2016, they have been building and expanding ever since.

We were asked to create a social first digital marketing strategy and manage the day to day implementation, working to re-define the channel roles, increase brand awareness and drive engagement. Our biggest goal was to reflect the sense of community within the coworking space online, to match that of the strong real life relationships they’ve built with members and local businesses.

SOLUTION

After a detailed marketing audit, we created a social first digital strategy that combined our industry knowledge and insight with learnings from the audit and analysis. The plan focused on being able to increase the value of each piece of content whilst decreasing the noise and frequency.

This needed to be both rewarding to the community and potential new members and partners. We integrated ourselves within the digital team to pull on events, seasonal trends and insights to create a thorough marketing plan which we turned into month content calendars, and refined further to produce weekly posting plans.

RESULTS

Our quality over quantity plan continues to help the business grow from strength to strength online. Mixed with a solid planning process and structure to the output, as well as regular interactions with members and the local communities, have helped us achieve some great results already:
