Hiring: Social Media Assistant

The Role.
We’re looking for a Social Media Assistant with a passion for music to work with us.

They’ll be full of initiative, super organised and as happy researching content as they are managing communities, writing copy and publishing across multiple social platforms.

The role will work alongside our Social and Design teams and be focused on driving growth and building meaningful online communities for our clients.

Main Responsibilities.
Assisting in the development and implementation of innovative social campaigns for our clients.

Managing content calendars, assisting with copywriting, content sourcing and optimisation.

Collaborating with clients to ensure social plans and posts meet their goals.

Curating content and sourcing reactive, viral and innovative content ideas.

Community management, answering comments and questions on socials.

Posting, scheduling and sharing posts across all social channels.

Assisting with the creation of reports for the clients and internal teams.

Monitoring industry trends and the market, to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

We’re looking for:
A music lover with a strong understanding of surrounding cultures. 

Someone with a passion for social and marketing, with at least one year’s experience in a social role at an agency or in music or events.

An innovative and resourceful mindset, with strong social and internet research skills.

Meticulous in their approach and always striving for perfection in their work.

Multi-tasking master with strong time management and organisation skills.

Bonus points for:
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience in Paid Advertising.
