The Project.
Founded in 1988, The Levellers were among the most popular indie bands in the 90s, headlining Glastonbury in ’94 to a record crowd of 300,000 people. During the first lockdown, the band set about rerecording several of their classic tracks for new live album and DVD ‘The Lockdown Sessions’.
The Work.
We built awareness, engagement and momentum up to and the release and alongside a nationwide tour. With a consistent content strategy, we engaged the band’s fanbase with album content as well as creating excitement around the tour. We paired the band’s natural ability to create content full of personality, with heritage and tour content to build an engaging narrative around the re-recorded tracks, DVD and story behind it.
